TURKEY POINT

EDGEWATER

Turkey Point Island is a unique residential community consisting of approximately 175 homes located at the mouth of the South River and Selby Bay in Maryland. Governed by the Turkey Point Property Owners Association (TPPOA), the community is exclusive to homes on the “Big” Island and does not include those on the “Little Island” or along Turkey Point Road leading to the island.

The TPPOA is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the island’s Common Areas, funded through Lot Assessments ($10.00 per lot per year) and Annual Dues ($100.00 per year). These funds help preserve the community’s private amenities, which include a pier and boardwalk, private beaches, and scenic water overlooks.

Turkey Point Island is truly a gem, offering residents a peaceful waterfront lifestyle and a strong sense of community. While the natural beauty and private amenities are major attractions, it’s the close-knit group of neighbors that makes this island a truly special place to live.
