WINCHESTER ON THE SEVERN

Winchester consists of just over 100 homes, is nestled along the north shore of the Severn River, just outside downtown Annapolis, MD. Originally purchased in the mid-1800s by Jacob Winchester, the neighborhood has since grown into a vibrant community with stunning views of the Severn.

Run by a dedicated volunteer Board and Committees, the community offers a range of amenities, including a private beach and pier (Main), a swimming and dog-friendly beach (East), kayak racks, boat slips, and beautifully maintained landscapes. Winchester is a family-friendly and environmentally conscious neighborhood, featuring two rain gardens and numerous green initiatives. It’s a truly special place to call home.
