RIVA TRACE

Riva Trace, located in Annapolis, Maryland, is a water-privileged community that offers a variety of amenities to its residents. Established in 1985, the neighborhood is home to mid-sized homes, garden-style condos, and townhomes. The community features two tennis courts, one of which doubles as a pickleball court, as well as a basketball court. The Riva Trace Paddlers Club, formed by residents, manages the boat racks and organizes social events such as group paddles and neighborhood cookouts, fostering a sense of community.
