We are watermen, we love being out on the boat. The 4+ feet of MLW is perfect for us and the protected creek keeps our boat safe. 

Not to mention, we are pretty elevated! We get to enjoy the water without worry of flooding.

We have lived in a lot of places and have maintained a presence in this community for decades. We've really enjoyed the people throughout Ulmstead Cove and the neighboring communities, the support has been wonderful. 

Especially the last few years, it's been a true joy to see the turn over in the community and the families coming in.

The Lifestyle

Our setting is so private. End of the cul-de-sac, tucked away community - you really just feel like you're living in nature. Some neighbors have kayaks, boats, golf carts and other toys but we are so close to Ulmstead Estates so we get to enjoy their amenities if we wish. 

We are also just a few minutes from Downtown Annapolis, Annapolis Town Center, and Anne Arundel Medical Center. It's been truly an ideal location. Great mix of convenience, privacy and fun.
