Carrollton Manor
Carrollton Manor is an affordable community located on the picturesque Severn River, originally established in 1931 as a vacation getaway. Today, it boasts approximately 500 homes of various sizes, with three water access points: Sunset Beach, Crab-Away Pier, and Hillbottom Beach. Residents enjoy amenities such as a pier, boat slips, small boat racks, a swimming beach, and a platform, along with trailer storage facilities. The community is managed by the Carrollton Manor Improvement Association, founded in 1941, with mandatory participation for all residents. In the 1980s, a black iron gate was added to secure the beach, ensuring that only community members have access to this exclusive area.
